Elaine Della Santina
Her father always said, "Don't tell me what you are going to do, show me" This has been the building block of Elaine's career since day one.

From the broad expanse of the San Lorenzo Valley where she was raised, to the hills of Aptos where she currently resides with her husband and their dogs, Elaine has a keen knowledge of the entire Santa Cruz County. As third generation resident, Elaine considers herself "a locals' local" with a unique knowledge of what makes this area so exceptional. "I love the opportunity to help my clients in a positive and upbeat manner as they move through the process of buying and selling Real Estate," says Elaine.

"I like to think of myself as a Real Estate Consultant" she explains, "the most important thing I can do for my clients is to provide the information that becomes the tools used in their decision making process. I enjoy surprising my clients with a level of service they just do not expect."

As a premiere agent in the County, with a keen attention to detail, clear and effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, Elaine provides her clients with an unsurpassed level of customer service. She understands that the same principles of success she mastered during her earlier years in retail management, apply to Real Estate equally well: Rely on your product knowledge, listen to your clients' needs, share what you know, and provide value. She is a firm believer in making the process of buying and selling properties fun.

Advocating patience to her clients, before the term Short Sale was common place Elaine made a name for herself as a Short Sale Strategist. Over the last 3 years, she has garnered a 100% success rate in helping her clients through this difficult Real Estate transaction.

Elaine is also an advocate for 'giving back". She volunteers as a Trustee for the Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors Housing Foundation (SCAORHF) a local non-profit that provides free closing cost grants for first time low income home buyers within Santa Cruz County.
